Good point. Short sales are the way to go right now. We are Santa Jose Short Sale Realtors and are getting many of them closed. Fortunately lenders are finally starting to get better at them.

Great article. I am a Phoenix area Realtor myself who specializes in short sales. Prices are dirt cheap down here right now and it is without a doubt more affordable to buy rather than rent in most price ranges.

Interesting post! We are agents oursleves who do Colorado Springs short sales, and the process has certainly gotten easier in the last year or two. It is good that lenders are finially able to process these better.
